We use this Preference Information solely to improve vendor matching and to help connect you with vendors, service providers, and resources that may be appropriate for your family's celebrations and event planning needs. We do not use this information for behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, profiling for marketing purposes, or any unrelated commercial purpose.

EverlyUs does not sell, rent, or monetize your Preference Information. Except as necessary to facilitate vendor matching, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose or share such information with third parties. Performance Marketing Partners

We work with performance marketing platforms including Meta to promote EverlyUs to potential users with similar interests. This may involve sharing limited data such as email addresses in hashed form for audience matching purposes. This is used to grow our platform community — not to sell your personal data. You can opt out of this at any time through your account settings.

Vendor-to-Client Data Use

Vendor information — contact details, portfolio images, service descriptions, and pricing — is shared with you through EverlyUs to facilitate connections. This information should not be used for purposes outside the platform without the vendor's explicit consent.

4.DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. This means vendors who are part of the EverlyUs community may appear as promoted listings based on your event preferences and search activity. All promoted listings are clearly labeled. No external advertising networks or third-party advertisers outside the EverlyUs vendor community have access to your data or activity on the platform.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device and will provide mechanisms to manage your cookie preferences.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you. Where available, EverlyUs allows you to register or log in using your existing social media account. The specific providers supported are shown on the registration and login pages of the platform. Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third party social media account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform. Our servers are located on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information, including facilities in other countries.

EverlyUs is a United States-based platform. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

Our development and infrastructure partners may access your data as necessary to build, maintain, and secure the platform. All partners are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Some partners are located outside the United States, including in India.

7.HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests. We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. EverlyUs does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

We will respond to verified requests within the time periods required by applicable law, generally within forty-five (45) days of receipt, unless an extension is permitted by law. 10.CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. We do not use cultural or religious preference information for advertising, behavioral profiling, marketing segmentation, or targeted advertising purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize this information.

We apply appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect this information and maintain security measures designed to provide a level of protection consistent with the sensitivity of the data, including safeguards comparable to those used to protect financial and transaction-related information.
